Our wedding price structure

Spectral Photography is customers focused and in an effort to keep pricing uncomplicated we now offer simply two packages that can be tailored to meet exactly your requirements. This genuinely gives you the best value for money. If you have already received a quote from us we will honour it when booking. To honour those who serve our country I have ensured that military discounts are available if you are a current serving member of the armed services or MoD security services. If you contact me I can put together a limited package which will satisfy both your requirements and budget.
In addition to the two available packages above you need to decide what else you want. It is all listed below. If you like you can you can contact me and I can give you a no strings attached consultation where I can discuss and explain the options available. We want to help you find which package is best for you. Just the images? Printable image files on disk, an additional - £225 All the best shots from your wedding. Depending on your package the disc could have up to 300 quality images, often more. They will be edited and “print ready” to any size, straight from the disk. Images alternately available on USB stick if you prefer. Do you want an Album? The albums I offer are beautiful, handmade in the UK and they will superbly complement your images. Choose the number of images and the style of album that you really fancy. After the wedding, choose the images you want included from your website viewing gallery. Then sit back and let me manage the final design and production. Prices vary depending on your choice. Prints to frame - £20 per print. I will edit and tastefully retouch any selected image and print up to 16” x 12” (approximately A3), ready for you to frame. What else can you get? Extend my photography coverage to more than package hours - £100 an hour. A second photographer? (min 4 hrs) - £50 an hour. Parents albums available as required. Travel – more than 40 miles from Huntingdon - 40p per mile. Booking with Spectral Photography A 33% non-refundable deposit is required to book. This amount will be deducted from your final balance. Final balance is due 14 days before your wedding date. Online BACS transfer accepted. Alternatively, cheques should be made payable to ‘Spectral Photography’. Parking Charge in Central London Central London wedding? If so, I will apply a small charge of £25 which goes towards parking and congestion charges for the venue visit and also your wedding day. Please be aware that Terms and conditions do apply. Spectral Photography prices are subject to change without notice and all prices do include VAT. Prices are fixed at the price list you receive when booking until the date of your wedding. After that date all prices are those shown in our most up to date price list. Prospective dates cannot be retained and the date is only booked once the contract and deposit has been received. A detailed itinerary and or shot list should be provided by the client, this should include accurate addresses, names and contact numbers, also venues details and key timings and other information. Ideally, this should be sent no later than one week prior to your wedding. Postage and packing for wedding clients is included in the price. Allow up to 14 days for your images to be available and viewable in your online website image viewing gallery.
